Rice said today, \u201cIf we cannot control community spread, if we can\u2019t get folks to do what they need to do, we are not going to open back our schools. So let me just be very clear. By folks refusing to do the things that we know are going to lower community spread and keep the community safe, it then in turn forces us to keep our schools closed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amen, Council Member.
