Frederick Ave, Suite 210, Gaithersburg, MD 20879<\/p>\n<p>Why: At least 7,255 valid signatures must be submitted to the Board of Elections by 5:00pm on Monday, August 6, in order to quality to be listed on the ballot as an unaffiliated candidate.
