David Blair had a better day today in the count but he still trails incumbent County Executive Marc Elrich by 154 votes–a drop by 19 votes in Elrich’s lead. A total of 58,210 mail ballots have now been counted, so that leaves roughly 5,300 to count as well as all of the provisional ballots.
